How to reset quiz or test progress attempts

In the instance where a student does not pass their quiz or test during the course, you may need to reset their attempts in order for them to continue on in the course.

You will need an Instructor License to reset Student progress.

Steps to Reset Quiz or Test Attempts:

  1. Enter Administrator Mode
  2. Go to Reports
  3. Click on Tests
  4. Find the Test that you want to reset
  5. Find the student you want to reset. In the options column, there is a circle with arrows - click this. The system will ask you if you want to reset the progress. Confirm this window to reset progress.
